An amazing hotel with an amazing vibe. Rooms are large and the amenities and restaurants on premises are amazing. Train station is literally next door and there is a spa as well. The staff are great. Would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is amazing. Only 1 stop from Kyoto station. Connected by a bridge to the local station. Super convenient as far as transportation. Hotel is very modern and zen. It has an entire floor with high end restaurants. Our family enjoyed multiple restaurants during our stay, prices were affordable for the quality and service received. All in all, great value and very professional staff. Rooms and property are spotless. Highly recommended

Great place to stay, close to the metro and downtown Kyoto

It’s ok hotel.

Highly recommended!!!! Great location, 1 stop away from Kyoto Station (bullet train and all other major train and subway lines). The area itself is quieter, a 7-11 right next o the hotel and a grocery store about 15 min walk away. The hotel however is a stand out! It has a very calm, spa vibe throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are plentiful. We stayed in a 3 twin room (2 adults and 1 child) the bathroom has a tub and shower wet room with separate toilet room. The public onsen is a welcome addition. The buffet breakfast has lots for both western and Japanese palates. I am astonished this is not considered 5 star and will likely be the best stay during our Japan trip.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel interior is very nice. The staff are very friendly and polite. The restaurants which under the Hotel, tastes great. If I came to Kyoto again, this hot Must be my first choice.

Disappointed there was no iron or ironing board in the room. The staff was super friendly. The amenities were clean. Price was good. I just wish there had been an iron for our clothes and a microwave to reheat food.

Great hotel. Good location only a few minutes walk from the hotel to the nearest station. Onsen is excellent. Best one I've experienced on my latest trip. Breakfast was great too. Lots of options. Coffee machines were average and slow so there was always a queue waiting. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The onsen at the hotel was a great way to relax after a long day sightseeing. The amenities and comfortable beds also helped with making our stay a relaxing and enjoyable one.
