The property is going down hill. The toilet has a very poor ventilation. The only plus is the location. You can find plenty of local food as well middle eastern in the area.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and polite and the location is perfect as it is on both the EW and downtown MRT lines, meaning most things you would wish to see are either within walking distance, or easily reachable by MRT. the only exception to this i found was the zoo as it is in the middle of nowhere and needed 2 MRTs and a bus to reach. The only thing that held back 5 stars was the works that were going on while we stayed there causing the lifts to be out of action for a while, and the escalators were also out of action. I 100% would and will stay here again. And when i come next time and those escalators are working, i will increase it to 5*

Close to MRT, food courts and Bus station to JB Sentral

The room and bathroom were well appointed, but no hair dryer available in the room. The pool area was well laid out and the pool was a decent size and refreshing. Breakfast was available. Dinner available- Turkish food mainly but some western food also. Many restaurants nearby along with fabric shops, souvenirs etc. 2 shopping malls were close by, as is the Golden Mosque. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

The overall condition of the room is getting tired. The aircon system cannot be controlled at all. The ventilation fan in the toilet is not working. The room is damp.

Great location 5 mins walk from Bugis MRT with easy transfer to/from Changi Airport. This area - Kampung Glam/Sultan Mosque also great for local food options & shopping. The hotel itself is showing.definite signs of age. The first room (Superior) we were given on 14th floor next to the lift was fine but the bathroom was literally the size of a broom cupboard with a shower curtain about 30cm short of the shower train. We didn't bother unpacking & asked to be transferred to another room: Faris on reception desk was very helpful and reallocated us to Room 1101 with a great view over Kampung Glam. The inside of bathroom door was very tatty but the shower worked fine and the cubicle had a sliding glass door to contain the water. The pool area is lovely but the pool itself was less than pristine and would benefit from more regular cleaning. The breakfast at S$30 per person is definitely not worth the money - chicken nuggets were on offer one morning with eggs the only alternative protein option. Also a very limited selection of fresh fruits. At the local food outlets nearby S$30 bought breakfast for 2 people with far more choice. Overall we had a good stay and would likely stay again just for the location.

Nice place, good value for the money, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance

Great position by the mrt line to the airport and certainly an extremely lively area full of shops and restaurants. Big rooms at the hotel with all the amenities but the hotel itself certainly shows its age. Nevertheless a good choice for Singapore. I recommend.
