Nice hotel, very clean rooms and good restaurant. Only the locations is not the best but if I had come back to monterrey this would be my first choice

Very poor. The toilet didn’t flush from the first morning of a four night stay. Despite telling reception every day, the toilet still wasn’t fixed when checking out three days later. Had to use toilet on ground floor instead. No reply from hotel after complaint was made after check out either
