great stay, the room was good as it intertjoined for a family, mostly for sleeping though - nice and quiet rooms -the pool was thermal though and no spa pools there, Great spot for walking around only 15 mins to eat street, pak n save accross the roqad from hotel was super handy for water ect

Sudima - Rotorua was a nice stay. Staff were all lovely, check-in was easy, the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The amenities in the room could have been better but we only stayed one night so it was ok. Good value stay and very centrally located.
