Great service , friendly staff and super helpful

Great hotel, great location, great staff, great stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely stunning hotel in every way. Location across from the river and bridge. Extremely well appointed contemporary decor, furniture, light coloured timber floors. So many features that made the hotel a superb space to be in. Huge comfortable bed, great lighting and super cool and quiet airconditioning. Lots of common spaces to sit in. Complementary drinks and snacks. Free mini bar. Lovely terrace bar and pool on the 4th floor. Fabulous views. Only one detractraction for us in a 3rd floor room was the extensive and very intrusive shifting of furniture on the terrace over an extended period around midnight... cleaners? Otherwise one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very highly recommend .

The hotel is beautiful, staff is amazing, professional, courteous, friendly, service is A+. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Amazing accommodation and staff. The only issue I had is that we arrived at 1230 in the morning and the bar was closed and there was no alcohol in the mini-fridge. I asked if we could order room service to have a drink on our terrace but the front desk manager refused and said there was no way. I have arrived late like this in several hotels and they always figure out a way to accommodate this need. For a $350/night room I would expect a much higher level of service than a simple “no”. I still give 5 stars but this should be an area to improve.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary coffee, juice, water, and snacks, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only reason for taking off one star is the room size which felt a little cramped for two people. And because it’s on a busy street the noise at night was a little loud from the street. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Vraiment wow

Incredible hotel and undersold on reviews! The hotel staff are incredible and will always help with any query. We felt very looked after from day one to leaving baggage 6 hours prior to check in and 6 hours after. The coffee corner for snacks is such a lovely touch. Thank you for making our stay super special and comfortable

Lovely small hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was extremely comfortable and well kept and we had a lovely view of the river. I struggled a couple of times with you the showet, it seemed to have a mind of it's own, but nothing worth worrying about. The staff were all amazing, particularly the guys on the roof terrace. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

Clean room quite close to activities friendly staff
