Location was perfect walkable all old town interesting places. helpfull staffs friendly. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean. A/C couldn’t control specillay at night. Stayed two nights very satisfied. Recommand for tourists !

24hr staff available at Hotel Academia was friendly and helpful. Location is great, 1 block from restaurants, shopping, and local sites.

The location was unreal, the staff were fantastic, the exterior looks great. Let’s talk about the interior… if it was for sale it would be “as is where is”. The ceiling had water damage in multiple areas, the floor was warped to another dimension throughout the bedroom, and the tub could use a deep cleaning. Sufficient for 1-2 nights, questionable for a long stay. We had a junior suite with terrace, the umbrella could have covered a small village - very cool.

The Hotel is conveniently located, close to shops and restaurants. A good buffet breakfast with was included in the price plus free parking. I will definitely recommend it.
