Poor quality for the price paid (almost USD$400). Allowed check-in was at 6pm, so I had to kill a lot of time beforehand. The room was tiny and there wasn't much space to even open my luggage. There is no appropriate seating to watch tv. The room didn't have any kettle or fridge (had to go to hallways for water coolers or common area for coffee machine. The shower was clogged with hair and almost flooding. The elevator was so hot as well. Won't stay here again and definitely don't recommend.

What I like; convenience, staff was helpful. What I don't like; No AC in the certain area, shower was a little old, water was slow. Price a little expensive. Average; for napping, resting couple hour is excellent.

Very close to arrivals and departures, broomy small, however, has everything I need for overnight sleep wouldn't recommend having kids though as the room is quite small.But apart from that, everything is very handy and quite clean.Thank you , and we'll be returning if I need to stay overnight

Perfect for one nights stop at the airport. Much smaller b cabin than anticipated but the bed was comfortable, shower was good and location at the jewel was amazing

As first time users of the hotel is wasn't straight forward to find. As international travellers you need to leave the airport at terminal 2 (have the exit forms completed) then find the place. Once there the service was great, room is functional and bed very comfortable after a long flight Would recommend

check in staff said my room number outloud when i checked in and as a solo female traveller that made me a little uncomfortable. desk was broken aswell and didnt have any way to contact “mission control” as no card was left in my room or any info on how to do this?

This was an airport hotel in the airport, it served its purpose but that was it. Room is very small, this evident from all the scrape marks on the walls, the bed is not very comfortable, and it needed some maintenance. Check in/check out times are not convenient or practical versus mainstream hotels. It served a purpose of sleeping and that was it.
