Wow! I don’t even know where to start.
We arrived at the resort around 1:00–2:00 AM on Saturday, July 11, 2026, only to be told there were no rooms available, even though we had a confirmed reservation for Friday, July 10, 2026. After traveling and arriving so late, this was incredibly frustrating.
When we finally got a room, it was in terrible condition. The TVs in both the living room and master bedroom did not work, and the kids’ room didn’t even have a TV—it looked like someone had removed or stolen it. There was also no phone in the room, so we couldn’t even contact the front desk.
We spoke with one of the employees, who contacted a manager on our behalf because we needed towels. Unfortunately, the towels didn’t arrive until the following day.
To make matters even worse, after our first night we discovered mold on the corners of the kids’ bed. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the room.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Between not having a room upon arrival despite our reservation, the poor condition of the room, the lack of basic amenities, the delayed service, and the mold on the children’s bed, our stay fell far below what we expected. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so future guests don’t have to experience the same thing.
