Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

Perfect place to stay for going to the falls. Very short walk. I didn’t like the parking as there wasn’t any, I had to pay an additional $20 per night to park at a neighboring hotel parking lot

Disgusting , super dirty, bathroom had mold, zero parking was available when we arrived so it cost us an extra $30 to park our car because we couldn’t use the free parking because they don’t have enough parking. They should probably just tear the hotel down and start fresh.

80% of the staff were very rude and not helpful at all. My granddaughter had to sleep without sheets and a blanket for 2 days because that’s how long it took to get them after asking for them numerous times. Then when the sheets towels and blankets were delivered one of the blankets had a blood stain on it which is disgusting. There were ants all over the floor in the bathroom entry way, the bathroom door lock was broken so couldn’t lock the door while using the bathroom. I’m sure there are things I’m forgetting about but I will never book another room at quality inn and will advise anyone I know to do the same

There is not enough parking for the number of guest. The front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff were observed, for over an hour, talking poorly about the guests after they had checked out of the hotel. The grounds are fairly clean as were the rooms. There is construction happening at the hotel and storage of such materials are in the viewing area of the front desk.

You can overlook many things, but this hotel deserves a zero. The hotel itself is old, but that’s not the problem. The real issue is the staff. They speak to guests very rudely and look at you as if they have no idea what you want from them. My problem was actually very simple. I am someone who cannot stay in a room without fresh air. The windows don’t open, which I understand is for safety reasons. However, the air conditioners in the rooms are so incredibly loud that it’s impossible to sleep. It feels like you’re sitting inside a helicopter—the noise and vibration go through your entire body. When I asked them to solve the problem, they simply said, “It’s normal. It’s just the air conditioner.” They offered to move me to another room, but I asked if I could see it first. If it had the same problem, there would be no point in changing rooms. They refused and said, “No. Either move to the other room or stay where you are. We are not going to show you the room.” I worked in the hotel industry for 13 years, and we would never have allowed staff to speak to guests this way. Showing a guest another room so they can check the noise level is not a difficult request. Overall, my impression of this hotel is terrible. I would not recommend staying here
