Stayed for 9 nights, my room was very well maintained and the housekeeping staff were great, nothing missed and very considerate. Reception staff provided great service at check in and with any enquiries during my stay. The breakfast was really lovely, so much to choose from for every guest from all different countries, The restaurant staff were all very charming, helpful and efficient... well done!

Royal Plaza is perfectly located at the top of Orchard Road and adjacent to the MRT. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub, and the staff were all super friendly. I have stayed at Royal Plaza numerous times and will definitely be back again!

Good location at Orchard. All the usual amenities including kettle, toiletries, room service etc. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I would stay again.

Magandang
The room for deluxe twin is not as i expected it has a basic need only like 3 star hotel. Having filter drink and cups in the toilet is not hygenic . I prefer to have a drink bottle . Breakfast is wonderful many choices of food . The staff are friendly and helpful
