I would like to highlight an exceptional customer service and a great work of the hotel staff. We arrived at the first noght of heal wave. It was really hot in the room. It was a late evening already and we contacted the hotel staff. They did everything to make us comfortable, they offered to move to another room, offered three additional vents… they were really trying to help us. I really appreciate that help and I always really appreciate when the staff really care. And they do care. That’s why I am giving 5 stars. The building is old overall, windows are small, no views. But everything is very clean and well maintained. The 2 bedroom room was spacious. So I recommend this place, and really appreciate their exceptional customer service and friendliness.

The place is out of date, old, and feels funky walking in, but is is well-maintained for what it is, and clean. The wifi was never available from our room, 203. The wifi never appeared as an options and I tried to add it manually and was unable to. The signal must have been down or not reaching room 203. This should certainly be addressed.
