Staff were nice, the facilities were well managed. I loved the gym and sauna, but the only downside was that the temperature of hot bath was not warm enough. If the water temperatue was 2-3 degrees higher, would be perfect. Except this, everything was fine :)

디럭스트윈 묵었습니다만 산뷰 별로 볼거 없구요 그쪽 불당동중에서 가장 크고 좋은거 같아 예약했습니다. 위치는 좋습니다만 화장실 냄새가 넘 나서 별도 컴플레인 안하고 왜 그런가 역하지만 이리저리 살펴보니 변기 청소를 거의 안하신듯. 하수구 냄새 아니고 변기사이사이 낀 찌릉내였내요. 뿐만 아니라전반적으로 청소상태 아주 불결합니다..요즘왠만한 모텔보다 안좋은듯 합니다 진짜 4성급 호텔 이러시면 안될거 같습니다 주차장 협소하고 이런거 바로 옆 지상주차장 있어 문제 없었구요.암튼 이거 고른 이유가 기본적 청결은 될거라 믿고 갔는데...신라스테이천안이랑 비교 많이 되네요...몇 만원 덜낸 대가라 생각합니다 참조들 하세요

Wonderful staff who were friendly, patient and helpful at all times. Great breakfast bar that caters for all tastes. Clean and tidy room that was a little too warm sometimes but you could open the window unlike some hotels. Overall excellent.

객실에서 담배냄새가 나고, 콤콤한 냄새도 욕실에서 났습니다. 워낙 냄새에 민감해서 그런지, 전체적인 느낌이 좋지는 않았습니다.
