Staff was nice but the hotel was pretty run down in my opinion. They could use an update on some furniture etc. the breakfast was not good.

They stay was great and front desk ladies was very nice and helpful

The place was fine, but the shower was dirty and never cleaned while we were there. Not enough clean towels were supplied and the bed was made with the sheet over the blanket making it warm to sleep and hard to push the blanket off. The room was quite smelly! Mold or mildew I suspect. The carpet was moist to the touch. It needs a remodel and air fresheners. The pool is tiny and the location was not in the french quarter. It is quite a walk to Bourbon St.

It was located in the center of shopping and restaurant

Room was clean and tidy, did get moved to a new room because the one I was assigned to was in the process of being repaired. Great breakfast!

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, I had several issues during my stay. The first problem was with a member of the kitchen staff, an older woman who yelled at me in front of everyone in the breakfast area. This was very embarrassing and unprofessional. Another issue was the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The sink was clogged, and the water would not drain properly. Although they moved me to a new room, another problem occurred on my last night. The hotel called me and said that the room I was staying in was available because someone needed to check in. Apparently, they forgot to update their records and put my name on the new room assignment. They continued calling me until around 10:20 PM, which was very inconvenient and disruptive. Overall, while the front desk staff were kind, these issues negatively affected my stay.

Location was perfect. Room clean and functional. Breakfast was more than adequate, always plenty to eat. Coffee machine was a little temperamental but not the staff’s fault. Staff were all great.
