The staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly. Very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant's breakfast buffet was phenomenal, always plenty of variety and always of plenty of food.

Why we had to pay for handicap facilities in our room #25-07? Most 5-stars hotels we had stayed in overseas usually have such facilities provided free if we had requested for them during reservations. It doesn’t cost much to provide such facilities to cater to senior travellers if IHG welcomes retirees who would need them. What is the privilege of having IHG if basic handicap facilities are not provided to senior travellers?
