The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish.

This is our third time staying here during festive season (Hari Raya/ Eid Fitr). Room and bathroom very spacious and clean. Quite comfortable to sleep with decent quality bed. Surrounding area have a lot of restaurant, cafes and retail establishments.

The hotel is in a convenient location, safe and not too noisy even though it is by a busy intersection. The rooms are clean. There is a very cute calico cat that greets you at the entrance. They are very generous with their complimentary items. Would stay again

This hotel is one of our go-to accommodation options when we come back to our hometown during the festive season. Usually we will opt for the Family Room which is ample for us, their room is well maintained and kept clean whenever we are there.

Although this hotel is a non luxury hotel, but the basic needs is there. The room is simple and clean. Plenty of secure parking and you can find lots amenities surrounding the hotel. Recommended

The food is delicious,but when we requested the food to be packed and sent to our door the quantities is little compared to when we eat at the restaurant,that’s the only thing that I concern about. Other than that no problem
