They will gouge you on breakfast and parking. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I went to check in room wasn't ready asked me if I wanted a queen room I said no and left and went and found a different room now I have been charged 187.96 for a room I didn't even use not a good experience

I WAS NOT AWARE THAT PARKING WAS $13.00 A DAY AND THE BREAKFAST BUFFET OFFERED IS $18.99 PER PERSON. BOTH SEEM UNREASONABLE . BEYOND THAT THE HOTEL IS NEW AND CLEAN, VERY CLOSE TO THE MORTON AMP AND THE CASINO.

I didn't like anything it showed absolutely no hospitality and charged me not only for room that I paid in full over 24 hours in advance to arrive at4:15pm and have to wait for my room to be made available.at 530 pm which was my 1st surprise to only find out that parking anywhere on hotel property i was going to have to pay an additional 10 or 11 $ for parking.. I was made me a little uneasy bc I had just paid $180 for a single king size bed for 1 evening it would cost me an additional parking fee bc parking isnt included in the 180 for the room. The im thinking $10 and come to find out the guy at counter who had checked md in had lied to me. About parking amount and he really didnt have no clue what my parking was reallygoing to cost he just rattled off a couple of random # so i parked and scanned the hotels code app for the parking to see what the fee would be to park to see it was an outrageous additional $18 now please try to keep in mind im staying no longer than 8 total hours i would be there. Then im thinking breakfast was complementary with the options of ordering from the on site kitchen wasnt complementary at all . And this wasn't a bougie complimentary breakfast it was the everyday ordinary complementary breakfast that you get for free the purchase of the room at you're normal run of the mill Motel 6 Super 8 or Days Inn or any other cheap hotel you have the server self get your own coffee and breakfast and then they still charge you $20 person. Left me sick 😫

Excellent staff, clean hotel, new, convenient to Morton Amphitheatre
