Our stay at Petra Heart Hotel has been amazing! The room is clean, comfortable and updated. The beds are super comfortable. It is close to many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel comes with free breakfast which were all tasty. Most of all, it’s within 5 minute drive to Petra Visitor Center. The hotel Manager, Narati, has been very helpful who gave useful tips visiting Petra as well as restaurants recommendations. He’s very friendly and always willing to help to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is an excellent value for your money!

We had the most AMAZING time here! The views from the 4th floor were wonderful-sunset and sunrise! The staff was impeccable! If you are treated half as well as we were you will be more than satisfied! We stayed for our wedding anniversary and it couldn't have been better. The room was spacious, the bed super comfortable and the amenities outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel. They actually want your business and work hard to makto earn your business. You won't be disappointed! The location is great too, with parking rifght in front!

Booked two rooms for a family of 5, rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking outside was easy to find. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel in the morning was good and included eggs to order, toast, coffee and an assortment of local dishes. Great value.

フロントマンは親切で、ペトラ遺跡へのアクセスなど詳しく説明してくださいました。夕食も少し歩くとレストランがたくさんあり、おいしくいただきました。部屋は清潔でシャワーもゆっくりあびることができました。セイフティボックスが不調だったことと、レンタカーを停めにくかったこと以外、快適で落ち着いたホテルでした。

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised given the price we paid. It was a walkable distance to Petra and there were restaurants nearby where we had breakfast and dinner. Thank you to the staff for being helpful and accommodating.
