Check in staff didn't follow standard process to charge staying guest credit card guarantee, instead, charging booker's credit card and caused unnecessary transaction cost. not professional at all.

Room was good but if people who are light sleeper to avoid rooms near the lifts. Amenities are good also. Also giving compliments to the duty manager (Mr. Liao, 廖经理) on Jan 15, 2026 for his prompt and decisivie actions. I would suggest the other on duty staffs to be like him.

I was able to check in in the morning front desk stuff is very friendly. The toilet in the bathroom is not equipped the automatic Bident.
