The property owners ask for a $250 deposit up front beyond the hotel.com price but I have gotten back. They had issue with a leak in the place before I arrived but it was take care of by the time I got there and they offered me the chance to cancel the reservation. A real estate agent walked in while we were there but I handled it quickly and I had quick and easy communication with the property managers and he didn’t come back. Overall the service was good and the room was as advertised

The condo was NOT luxury! It was OK as far as beds, towels, but the floor and the window sills and corners were FULL OF dust and grime. They were very slow to communicate, but we did finally get into the building. I would not stay there again.
