Distance from Disney is to be considered.
The hotel itself is perfect.
But it is isolated.
The shuttle to Maihama is convenient. Great place to have a little space from Disney for our - go early - hotel break - back for the late afternoon evening.
Offering vouchers at the Urayasu sport park would be an amazing plus.

All the coin laundries were busy at night, so I couldn't wash clothes. Other than that, everything was great.

Kamangha-mangha The rooms was very clean everyday. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Location was perfect for getting around. Shuttle bus was available and convenience store was always stocked with hot and cold foods.

Great hotel, nice and new, good convenience store underneath and pretty good bus schedules to Disneyland, Disney’s and JR Miahama Station - it’s out of Tokyo but if your up for a trip into town and want easy access to theme parks this is a good value hotel.
