晚間自助check in的機器沒辦法找到訂單，還是必須用kiosk聯絡員工最後才拿到房卡。最後一天晚上房卡突然失效(剛好遇到同樓層隔壁房的房卡也失效)，下樓後櫃台也已關閉只好再用kiosk聯絡員工才順利回房。 除了沒有前台遇到問題時很不方便，但其他部分都很好。房間整齊乾淨，地理位置便利，可以12點退房和有可自助拿取的礦泉水很棒。

The location is convenient, but the hotel is tucked away in a back alley which can feel a bit uncomfortable at night. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to serious hygiene issues. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from both the room and bathroom. Even during check-in, the toilet paper in the room looked poorly prepared and not properly folded, which immediately gave an unclean impression. The slippers were also extremely worn out and looked reused. Another issue was that the hotel listed bathtubs as part of the room facilities, but the room actually did not have one at all. Communication was also difficult throughout the stay. I emailed the hotel twice before arrival and never received any reply. In addition, almost all facility instructions were written only in Korean, and many staff members spoke very limited English, making communication quite challenging for international guests. Overall, while the location is convenient, the hygiene, inaccurate room information, and lack of communication made the stay far below expectations.

お部屋は狭めで2人分のスーツケースを広げるスペースがありませんでした。 水周りやベッドなどはとても清潔感があって安心できました。 冷蔵庫の使い方が分からず、冷やすことが出来ませんでした。 冷蔵庫を活用しようと思っていたので少し困りました。

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, avec une belle baignoire dans la chambre. Attention toute fois, le « spa privatif » n’est pas dans la chambre mais à l’étage -1. Chose que je n’avais pas vu avant la réservation. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de ce bassin.

I read a review stating this place didn’t have an elevator and was pleasantly surprised to see that it does. That, plus its excellent location, free water, clean rooms, and helpful staff gives this place a huge recommendation from me. It’s a five star experience without the five star price.

ロビーにトイレがなく不便。 旅行者には向いていない

The bathroom in pot room was a bit smelly. The bed was nice and big enough, very comfortable.
