Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They had good suggestions for food and and attractions around the town. Ms. Dessy arranged couple of tours for us. Cleen rooms with lots of natural lights.

This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist with a number of enquiries we had. Quiet location, easy walk or tram into main centre. Rooms were huge and amazing. Highly recommend.
