We had a lovely stay at Batatu! We stayed in one of the villas, which was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, arranging transport to Kuta, as well as a taxi from the airport and a taxi to Bangsal Harbour.

Staff were excellent, helpful and had very positive attitudes. The bungalow by the pool was well presented, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast options were very tasty and the food in general was very good

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at while visiting Indonesia. Beautiful, gorgeous villa with pool and seating area and kitchen. All pretty much new. Attentive, punctual and polite staff. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner with lots of options. Definitely worth it!
