The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was okay but could be improved. The staff were so helpful. The breakfast was great. They have a wide variety of food options! The area is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The hotel was kind of old but was okay. Overall it was good for a good price!

The breakfast buffet was great! There was a wide variety of options! Staffs are helpful. The place was close to malls. However, it was a little noisy, I think it’s not sound proof. Could still hear the vehicles running. The room, I think needs upgrading. Overall it was okay for the price.

in the city of cagayan nearby malls and restaurants, friendly staff it was a quick check in :) very spacious rooms and beds. I will definitely be back. Thank you VIP HOTEL

Hotel shows its age. There was a small cockroach in our bathroom, but I guess that it can’t be helped with a building this old and not as well maintained. The saving grace of our stay was the friendliness and warmth of the staff.
