For the price, this place is a gem. It's tucked away from the chaos of central Bangkok & you definitely get a local vibe from this neighborhood.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and the room was nice. They have A/C that is incredibly important. They have a kitchen where you can make your own meals and have a few selections for breakfast which is included.
Also, the place is located around 5 minutes walking distance from a 7 eleven and close to many local restaurants. I highly reccommend!

The owner was really kind, understanding and patient. The issue that I had was with EXPEDIA, I booked a room with 2 beds and a private bathroom but those do not exist at this location.
