Considering the price, I found the space rather small. Additionally, the temperature knobs in the bathroom sink and shower were backwards (which may cause a problem with younger children), and the hot water itself was SUPER HOT! Attempts to regulate the temp was unsuccessful. It ran ICE COLD or PIPING HOT and would stay warm for just seconds. I found myself timing and hurrying to utilize the shower during the brief warm periods. I'm not sure if that's due to being on the top floor or not but it was a major inconvenience.

During over 20 years of travel around the world, often staying in 5 stars hotels, Iā€™ve rarely had such an exceptional customer experience. The staff was always available, a special thanks to Christine and Imad (duty manager), efficient and so friendly. All the staff were incredibly effective and above all, pleasant. Without any doubts, Iā€™d strongly recommend them without hesitation. A must in Dubai Jumeirah Village Circle district.
