Horrible property not as described materially different from the advertising on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com did nothing to support us during this travel after several complaints about the hotel being materially different from what was advertised refund process took weeks only for it to end in them saying they cannot do anything hotel is in the middle of nowhere it is not a deluxe hotel as described or as pictured and the hotel went further to change the pictures on the booking after I raised a complaint with the Hotels.com staff do not go to this hotel

It’s more of a best than a hotel even though the room was okay. The breakfast menu was terrible . Smoking is allowed and you could smell it all over. The staff do NOT speak English and the same goes for all the eateries down the street . A most horrrible experience.

he hotel has a superior location, with complete surrounding supporting facilities, making it very convenient for both travel and daily shopping. The check-in speed is very fast, the staff are skilled in operation, and the whole process is smooth. The room is clean and comfortable.

I can't say enough nice things. Amazing staff, great area and reasonable rates. I got the feeling of staying with friends and family. All of the staff's recommendations were spot on. There is so much to see in the area. I wasn't bored for a second.
