They don’t know English and staff very strict and even hotel manager they don’t speak English. Very hard to communicate and very rude stafffs

Loved the outstanding breakfast! The selection was very nice and presentation...oh my! The staff were excellent. Location was terrific. View from our room was wonderful. Having a hot bath at the end of a busy day sightseeing.. just great! So relaxing... Amenities were very good. Thank-you again to the wonderful staff. We would definitely return!

Chiba was a great area to stay particularly if it was a first time visit to Japan. The rooms are small but clean and the staff are friendly.
