The apartment is badly maintained. Smelly curtain and cupboard. Sticky floor. Broken sofa, no wifi and many more broken items. Toilet roll wasn’t provided as staff claimed that it is out of stock and told me to buy myself. Found a used condom under the bedsheet. Parking is so inconvenient as we can only park at level 4. Location is far from the tourist area and very noisy from the motorcycles at night.

Condominium MCST shut down a lift caused disaster of waiting. Pool hidden sharp edges caused my kids bleeding. Entrance and exit of condominium during peak hours is crowded!!

The place was rather smelly & dirty. Not really a good choice since Melaka has better place to stay :(

The ceiling fans dust as thick as elephant skin. Stains on tablets. The swimming pool is yellowish. Poor maintenance. But if you are there for shower and sleep. Still not so bad.
