Broken doors, torn bed sheets, dirty curtains, food spilt on terrace. Worn out pillows.

The cost of the stay matches the amenities provided by the property.

It was decent. Value for the money at 70 bucks per night!

What a horrible experience! This is the 2nd time I paid for a reservation and refused a room. 1st time Hilltop refused because I had a 4 week old kitten, this time they told me I was on do not rent list for having smoked in a room before my booking. I find it interesting how they stay in business with no cars in their parking lot, ever. And never heard anything good with their crummy staff.

The air conditioner was ok but there was mold and not clean

I was refused service do to my race

The sheets are torn, and the refrigerator doesn't work.

Black mold in the shower. Sheets and linens, though clean, had stains. No pillow cases.

The first room they tried to put me in the air conditioner made a loud grinding sound as soon as I turned it on. I then pulled the sheets back and untucked the bottom sheets and luckily didn't find bed bugs. But I found dirt and debris in the sheets which indicates that they did not swap out the sheets from whoever slept in the bed before. When I brought that to the young lady's attention she tried to explain to me about the air conditioner and I said no thank you I just want a new room please. They had no more bottom floor room so I had to use stairs with a bad knee. But at least the room on the second floor was cleaner and the sheets did not have any debris/dirt or bed bugs and the air conditioner was semi quieter. To whomever stays there, just make sure you check the bed and turn on the air immediately before you bring any thing into the room. Won't stay there again that's for damn sure.
