Staff were all good & accommodating, very helpful and prompt in delivering our request. When the sink was blocked, it got fixed quite fast and even the receptionist attended the leak after the plumber did not tighten the pipe properly.

入住時店家表示沒跟hotel.com合作給了預約號也查不到打電話給hotel.com詢問才知道居然又轉給第三方的expedia去預定房所以才完全查不到預約號原先預定就是連續住3天沒想到店家表示因為他們的失誤，所以我們必須住一天A房隔兩天在換到B房去住，完全在麻煩旅客，最後還要我們補房價才能連續住同樣的A房第二天住房房間甚至出現超大隻蟑螂早上請房務打掃，晚上回房，蟑螂屍體完全還在衛生紙上又還了另一隻蟑螂打電話請房務人員來打掃櫃台人員只拎了一條抹布不情願地將蟑螂抹起就走了完全黑人問號

Our stay was good. The receptionist treat us nicely and give a warm welcome. The room was good and we got an upgrade to a better room with the same price. Overall was good. The suggestion from me is for the hotel to reserve more parking lot for the hotel customer since the area was quite busy and it is hard to find space to park the car. Others thing is that it would be nice if the hotel could give additional room card for easier access if some of family member need to remain in the room.
