People seemed nice, but our stay was disappointing. We were told there was a buffet, and it was also advertised on their pamphlets and on a sign at the entrance. However, we found out that the buffet has been permanently closed. The bar was also not in service, and only breakfast was available.
The room was not clean. There were stains on the blankets and sheets, crumbs on the bed, dirty floors, a very small toilet, and a dirty shower. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations set by its advertisements.

Kamangha-mangha Great place for families. The a/c made it impossible to sleep. No controlling the giant grill which flipped on and off very loudly every 6 minutes, blowing icy air across our heads for three minutes, then loudly switched off. For goodness' sake!! Just buy a mini split. Also, the unit for a room below is was strapped to the wall outside...right at the bevel of our headboard.

Everything was great! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. My only complaint is that the beds were advertised as queen size, but they seemed much smaller, more like twin beds. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff The staff were very friendly, and the people who took us to the parks were always punctual and kind.
The breakfast didn’t offer much variety.
The only downside was that on Sunday at 8:20 a.m., there were workers mowing the lawn and trimming the landscaping around the property. I don’t understand why this kind of maintenance was being done so early on a Sunday, when many guests are trying to rest and sleep in

Property was very well cared. Staff was really friends. Staff was excellent very helpful. Very nice to the kids. Also amenities were excellent. Very close to adventure Park in Garden swap place over. Continue to use the states for selling when I’m around the area.

This is not a super fancy place. Property looks ok on the outside. But the overall facility and rooms are very clean, and the room itself was very, very nice. Everything is efficient and user friendly for the guest. The staff is clearly communicating and doing a good job. I will stay there again when I visit my daughter at USF.
