Melanie was great during check in. I don't know the name of the woman who was at the front desk when we checked out. She was on her phone. She didn't greet us or ask how the stay was. She didn't speak to us until I asked for a printed receipt. Maybe she was having a rough day but I expect the same service at check in and check out. Customer service is everything.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast choices were typical. The breakfast offerings were limited in time to 9 a.m. Otherwise, no complaints.

The staff was very friendly the whole weekend. The breakfast selection was good and my family and I loved having the room/microwave/sink combo in the room.
The kids also loved the pool!
