Very helpful staff and a perfect location. Only one minute walk to a light rail station, Paddy's Market, Darling Harbour and George Street. We were upgraded to a family room that had two kings size beds in it. A spacious room and bathroom that included a separate bath and shower. The only mirror was in the bathroom, and the room could definitely use a full-length mirror but very comfortable beds. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

I’ve emailed before asking for an arrangement on rates a few times, no reply. And the room door frames are rusty. Toilet had a smell. Lot of renovation in lobby. But super good location. Cannot beat the location. And reception staffs were nice.
