There was no water in the bathroom

They don’t tell u when u book if u don’t show up first u don’t have a room we did reservations an when we got their they said they didn’t have rooms they gave our rooms away cuz it’s first come first serve. Front lady was rude as hell the white one the black lady was sweet.

The hotel is absolutely horrible the water didn't work the room was dirty show looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Hair and urine everywhere behind the toilet! I told the hotel manager about the issues and he lied and said he would send someone to fix it. Then turned and blamed me for the problem and left it up to me to clean the shower with no water. He started calling me out my name, yelling and cursing at me for the conditions of his hotel. Then made me check out before i can even sit on the bed or use the bathroom with no refund!

Super dirty, bed broke down the first night, the staff was rude and didn’t want to help or relocate me in a different room. There was cockroaches everywhere even in the bed.

No spa...lol no cable or remote only antenna. Lol no refrigerator or microwave it was stolen out of room ac never worked bought a fan....wonderful staff except maintance man...cheap rooms feel sorry f no phone in rooms Again Awesome staff especially African American lady manager that checked me i she needs a raise,!!! Not a very safe place to stay my husband was in the room alone knock on the door 2 African American men came in took refrigerator and microwave it was got on camera we are seniors what if i was alone in the room as fast as he could reported it to manager due to our place being available for another week so we paid for another week suffered through it never replacement for fridge and microwave cones put up at evenings but security come and let you in and out very quickly, very polite with owner its all about the money those poor people that have to stay there no maid svc,motel ran out of toliet paper people asking to buy from us because i bought some Shame on the owner....owner needs to do better children live there no other choice broke my heart owner to blame

Bad location and surroundings. The property wasn’t clean. I don’t recommend

Tub was dirty

The room looked horrible. I booked a double for four. I was booked in and given a key to a room with a King bed. When I went to ask for another room,I was escorted off the property by security.... I'm still waiting for and wanting a refund!!!!!!!!

Nice staff

I stayed there for one day on 11th March. The room is dirty. Nothing but a poorly provided room served guests. I only got a very old bed......no desk, no chair, no tv, no wi-fi...... nothing at all. The room was absolutely not the picture as they described, quite different. I asked for a chair. The staff said "No". I felt much disappointed with such horrible hotel in my life.
