Cozy, neat and well run hotel with friendly amazing staff providing services with a smile. Spacious rooms with firm mattresses. Avoid the rooms with the city view as it is noisy.

There were 2 issues with this place. The first was their amenities were old. Their TV did not work the entire time we were there. On our last day, a technician showed up trying to fix the TV to no avail. The other issue is that they had no shuttle to the airport as advertised. That was a total lie. Other than those 2 issue, it was an OKAY place.

I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy. But the staff were all super nice and helpful. The people in Zanzibar are pretty nice and fantastic though, so thereā€™s that.
