The pillows were horrible and bed was small

- The room was clean, but lacked any air conditioning appliances. We were lucky enough to borrow a fan from our friend who had two in his room. - The window could open but would not close all of the way. - We wanted to stream some shows from my laptop and tried connecting to the different inputs on the TV but they would not work. - The parking is not onsite and the lot across the street has some conflicting messages about overnight parking. We were able to park for 2 nights and paid for a full daily parking which was about $30. The spots are not guaranteed however and fill up very quickly. - WiFi is available but you will need to use WhatsApp (which ironically uses data/wifi) to contact the property for the password to the non-Guest Wifi. - No staff on the property was no issue as they were prompt in response with WhatsApp It's a good walking distance to the port and to downtown. There are plenty of eats and bars around but it's far enough away that you won't be disturbed by the night crowd too much.

Very nice town house, my only problem was housekeeping coming in all the time without knocking. I understand you want to keep the rooms clean but that's too much. You could use refrigerators in the room.

Easy check-in. Nice room however there should be thin and thick pillows! They were too thick for us.

This was perfect! It was self check in and easily accessible by using the touch screen and the door code! Everything we needed was in our room. The parking lot across the street from this hotel - Bowling Green, was perfect spot to park our rental car. We stayed from Friday to Monday and Sundays are free parking! Everything you need is within walking distance including Eyre Square, Latin Quarter and Nimmos Pier.

Clean room

This is a very nice, small property. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We found it very walkable to see the restaurants and shopping. The self check in was easy enough.

Yew

Hotel is located in a perfect location for Galway! It is a few blocks away from the strip of bars so you aren't hearing too much loud noise at night. There is a car park right across the street from the hotel which is great. Checking in was super easy and convenient. At night there is a security guard to make sure no strangers come into the building which made us feel safe. Only complaint was rooms were a little small for 2 people and their bags. It was fine for us for 2 nights.
