Rooms don’t match the photos. Air conditioner was disgusting and rooms were not cooled before arrival. Price was good and staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was decent. Everything was unplugged, including the air conditioning, when we got into the room. The shower was nice and recently updated. This is a decent stay with no bells and whistles.

It was hot!! The A/C unit didn't work well at all, it was cooler outside with a breeze most the time, at least until the sun went down, and still it took another 3 hours to get below 80 degrees, also every time a semi truck went by the whole room shook like it was a R2 earthquake or something, not sure what that was about. The place was decently clean other than the pubic hair in the hot tub, was definitely not worth over $200 I paid for it, and a crap area

Roaches in bathroom and one bed. Side table just about broken, super wobbly. No ice machine. Shower floor gross, shower drain backs up. Other than that, was fine for one night stay.

I was in a room where an outlet was half hanging off the wall, same with the towel rack and the TV didn’t work at all…. I wouldn’t stay here again

We had a hard time finding a place to stay that had availability for this particular night, so we wound up here. Certainly didn't arrive with high expectations, but this place was so sketchy that we almost turned away right when we pulled in. Very shady characters were just hanging around outside to the point that it felt unsafe. There was even a man that walked into the check-in office behind me who was asking about hourly rates and had what strongly appeared to be a prostitute with him. We only gave it a chance because it was late and we needed sleep before a busy day, but we were not impressed with the room. Very dirty and it smelled like someone had just smoked in there. The main light fixture wasn't even plugged into the outlet and the shower curtain hung over the threshold so there was water all over the bathroom floor after we used it. Speaking of showers/cleanliness, I took a shower then walked around the room and the soles of my feet we covered in dirt. Disgusting. Only positives were a friendly staff and the room being surprisingly quiet (probably due to the concrete walls). Surprisingly we didn't find any bugs.

Room was clean bed comfortable . I was happy with stay

When entering the room romantic room I booked it was hot as heck. Wall thermostat said it was 81 degrees in that room!!! I did go complain the lady from the front desk had housekeeping come check it and said it was working fine!! Umm no it was not!! We sweat all night and it totally ruined our romantic night we were supposed to have! And then they refused to give us any sort of refund! I do not recommend this place at all

The rooms were very dirty and dusty had switch rooms 3 times air conditioner was blowing out heat in first two rooms hot tubs look as if they were never cleaned and blankets had holes in them the ice machine was broken
