The staff were amazing and bed was comfortable sadly that’s there the positives stop The bathroom was the biggest problem, a hole in the door, mould on the bath, rust on the shower, cracked tiles and broken bath signs I was told the room was the furthest away from the bar but could still hear loud music until midnight Great staff just the bathroom needs to be refurbished and cleaned

Excellent for what we needed, and a lovely area to stay. Only negative was entertainment (singer) was so loud until midnight it could be heard in our room.

Free parking but you need to book your car in on a screen at the bar. Not an easy or simple check in when the bar is open. Lovely and helpful cleaning staff when the bar was closed (in the morning).

It was freezing due to a lack of heating. I had to chase up several times to get the heating switched on. No hangars in the wardrobe and I had to chase up fresh cups, glasses and coffee etc for the 2nd morning. Also needed to ask for fresh towels as the first lot were unable to dry properly due to the room being so cold.
