Pros: Great location: Close to Montmartre, metro, and bus stops; approximately a 20-minute walk to Galerie Lafayette and Opéra Garnier. Convenient amenities nearby: Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores right in the neighborhood. Layout & Air Conditioning: Included air conditioning and separate rooms. The upstairs bedroom was very nice, and the bathroom was lovely as well. Cons: Noise issues: The air conditioning was noisy in one room, and there was street noise in the other. Safety concerns: The surrounding area didn’t feel completely safe (groups of young men loitering nearby). Apartment layout: The stairs inside the apartment were steep and uncomfortable to use.

Large room with kitchenette and nicely decorated. Large shower and all necessary amenities. No front desk. All entry and exit was digital, worked out without a glitch. Not the best neighborhood of Paris but close to metro and easy to get anywhere in town.

Steep stairs for kids safety at night to use bathroom upstairs. My kid fell down. Otherwise, place is decent and centrally located for Paris visit.

Air conditioning was turned off downstairs we couldn’t figure out a way to turn it on so the place was hot. Every morning we would wake up and find the lights weren’t working and the ac upstairs had been turned off automatically. It seems they were shutting the electricity every night to save money. Would not stay here it was disappointing
