Love the room ( family room type ) . My kids love and enjoyed Staff all nice very helpful and perfect size gym room. Only the coffee service if wanted coffee brew is not available during breakfast time . But the rest all good . We will be back .

My kids loved the Family Loft Room. PS5 in the room was perfect. Drinking water too. Hotel had Ping Pong table. Enjoyed with my kids. Staff was very polite and helpful. On my first day Mr. Fattah at the reception was helpful. Even the staff in the breakfast hall was polite. At th restaurant too. Enjoyed the stay.

Our family LOVED this hotel. Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean, lots of treats for kids!!!! Our 8 year old was given a monkey toy on check in and the monkey had a beautiful set of outfits in our room to play dress ups with. So cute! The pool was fun to swim in and the breakfast tasty. Thanks!

Only thing I can fault is breakfast. They repeat same breakfast after 2-3 days and the orange juice is not fresh

Bathrooms are very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Room is clean. All was a very good experience. Breakfast was ok with limited choices. Coffee was a bit cold.
