Clean and spacious room and a 7 minute walk to the beach. Very basic and quiet hotel with no elevator (I was on the 4th floor) but excellent value for the price.

Room clean staff friendly they do a good job Look after you very helpful would definitely stay there again not far from the beach and nightlife would recommend cheers.

It is 5 minute walk to Patong beach and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Bangla road. One thing is that mosquitos here gave me nasty bites I had to use mosquito spray often

Staff was super nice. The place was older than expected. Stairs was too much for me. Other than that. A place to sleep was more than enough.

For what you get the price is very good, reception staff were very friendly , rooms are of a good size had a couple of issues with the water pressure talked to reception sorted within minutes, hotel staff cannot do enough to help, I would definitely stay there again
