Solo stay

Literally everything was superb. From the food, to the service, to the rooms. Loved it. My only comment is that the shower doesn’t have curtains/glass so the post shower puddle was a bit of a hassle. But all in all, I loved my stay.

The staff was outstanding. Jemima, Kristof, Assunts, Victor. They all went out of their way to help, above and beyond expectations. The room was beautiful and well insulated from street traffic.

We were very lucky to get a chance to stay at Hotel Hana over the NYE holiday. The hotel does a great job balancing sophistication and comfort. Service was impeccable. Our concierge, Emilo, was helpful and attentive. You can tell he really cared about ensuring our trip was a memorbale one!

This hotel lacks the experience in check in check out process and how much they deposit. I had a horrible experience with them in this during the check in and curing the check out. On the other hand, the rooms are much smaller than picture and the bathroom is kind of open bathroom. However the hotel is good but tiny
