Room smell was like the bathroom The rollover bed had pillows that felt spiky. The room was tiny and underground. it only had two tiny water bottles. Terrible sink The lights went out twice and fire alarm went out once. So much outside noise. Service was poor.

We use this hotel just to put the luggage. The hotel rooms were small but cute very clean with dark colours. The breakfast area look good but we used it the front desk staff was very friendly. They ordered a shuttle for us. It was very convenient. The location is very nice since it’s close to the airport surrounded by some good restaurant and shopping basically its a hub of hotels.

Solo stay

The AC did not work or worked when it wanted to. The filter had never been cleaned. The wifi was poor and a password was needed from checkin. Also, bed sheets and blankets were not fresh, only straightened to have the appearance of being new. They were very dirty. I will not stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at Heaven Premium Airport Hotel. The location is convenient, especially for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One thing I especially appreciated was the airport transfer service. The hotel arranged my pickup smoothly, making my arrival stress-free.

First off, the communication from the shuttle bus driver was excellent, and his customer service skills and professionalism were top notch. Once we arrived to the hotel, the staff picked up from there. Our check-in was seamless, useful information was given, and our bags were taken care of quickly. The breakfast was a bit of a Mediterranean Continental style, but it was more than enough. I must add that it was nice to still be able to eat well after 10am and my wife loved the cappuccinos. All in all, a great stay, made better by a great staff! I would definitely book again if I am going through Turkey.
