Nice value for well situated property. Laundry facilities available (free). Dryers were a bit slow to dry but there were 2washers and 2 dryers and we were able to wash 2 loads of clothes without having to wait. Good location. Very walkable to all Guilin highlights. We booked a couple of tours through the hotel and they were fun and convenient.

Plenty of shops,eats and Riverwalk in immediate area.. we had stayed there before and had a good experience. When we arrived by taxi, they didn't even offer to help us up the steps with our bags. I'm 79 years old and I look at. This time, the staff was not friendly and in fact seemed indifferent, even though they acknowledged that they remembered we had stayed there previously. It was a holiday time, and we asked the front desk when we checked in if they would please check to see if we could stay an extra day, even if it was necessary to pay a higher room rent. They never even had the courtesy to follow up. So we just left. This place was going to be on our list of favorites, but now, should we return, we will book elsewhere.

Great hotel right by the river with amazing views! Very helpful staff and all the amenities you need for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Recently renovated. The room had a great view of the river. The location is great. It is walking distance to a lot of shopping and sightseeing. The only downside is that we can smell cigarettes in our room. It comes through the AC. There is no way to avoid it. I would be able to stay there again due to that one thing.

The best hotel we stay in China for our trip. I can't describe it, you need to experience it. Hotel location is very close to a big market. Room very unique, has a tea ceremony area in the room. We all like this hotel.

The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night.

A small hotel, but nice and clean inside with a view. Jenny is great as she reaches out to the guest to help reserve/schedule attractions and drivers. The hotel is located where there are many dinning options near by that are in walking distance.
