The staff is very good and the onsen part is perfect. But the only thing is the carpet in the room that is full of stain and you can see that it need some update, the curtains are very dusty.

I had a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, and the driver was also very courteous. One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks available at most times, including alcoholic beverages. While the building and facilities felt a bit dated, the private baths attached to some rooms were absolutely fantastic. The hotel is surrounded by a spacious property, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that made for a relaxing experience.

The Onsen was absolutely spectacular! The room was just as described, and I have had the best sleep I ever had. Will definitely come back!

Amazing outdoor bath at a great price, good for LGBT travelers or those with tattoos. Need to book shuttle bus from Kawama station at least 3 days in advance.
