Stayed here for a week, room was alright quite small while functional, but not sure why they didn't bother to place a small refrigerator for their guest, I couldn't even enjoy a cold drink during the stay in this hotel (summer time as you can imagine) The other main complaint for me was regarding room service. I tagged my room as room service needed then headed out for a day, came back finding out that my room wasn't done at all, I didn't pay much attention as I thought they just missed it somehow and these just happen, 2 days later before heading out I stopped by front desk and asked the lady to remind their staff to stop by for room service later, surprisingly nothing was done in the end when I came back. I just don't get it why its so difficult to manage it? At this point I gave up completely Otherwise the upside is the location of this hotel, is right next to SkyView mall if you prefer having easy access to supermarket and some stores over there Overall if they do provide room service I would have given a 3 star review, but obviously they choose to ignore the need of their guest (No room service for my 1-week stay) so I'm leaving a 1 star and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Check in and out were easy. The use of a keypad instead of key cards was very nice. The ac worked very well and the shower got hot quickly. The night staff was not very aware of things. At one point, we were stuck between floors in the elevator for 15 minutes. We tried using the call and alarm buttons but no one responded. Eventually they restarted the elevator for someone waiting in the lobby, which was terrifying. When we eventually exited the response was “oh you were in there?”

Great place to stay and Ricky was awesome! The brother of the owner of the hotel. Treated us great.

Very good hotel. Great location across the street from a mall and they also had good parking attached to the mall. Ricky was amazing he helped us alot and his energy was so cool. There was also a liquor store right next door.

Checked in early about 9am ish.paid 60 in cash to do that. Room was clean no issues. Friendly staff. Great location to asian food and citi field as well as laguardia. Good stay.

No parking and no parking validation, so it was extra money. Otherwise it was excellent.
