Very disappointed. Service appalling, especially in bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly but not helpful. ‘Computer says no’ quite often!!!! Our room was perfectly acceptable and we had a lovely view of Mayon volcano. Tried to book shuttle bus back to airport as we arrived but told it was full. The day we were leaving about to book a Grab taxi they rang and said shuttle waiting for us. That is typical of what we experienced. This is not a luxury hotel by western standards but probably is by Philippines standard.

Great staff and good food. The location pretty requires transportation to go anywhere. Malls, shopping and food (beyond hotel) requires a Grab or taxi.

There was hidden fees it cost me arm and a leg staying at this place. After paying additional bed and people. When checking out they asked another additional fee.

There are many options for breakfast since it is a buffet. There are other restaurants within the hotel, including a massage spa and a bank. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Rooms are clean and regularly cleaned and maintained.

The staff in this hotel is outstanding and would like to thank them for great customer service.They are very accommodating and helps guests have the best stay. Airport shuttle is available at certain arrival and departures times. The buffet breakfast is great with lots of selections and varieties. Don’t expect to have toothbrush and vanities available as there are none but the basic bathroom/shower supplies are provided. Bathroom drain needs maintenance as well as the doors seal needs fixing. Shower water cold and heating system needs to be looked upon. It’s just hard to regulate the right water temperature when you shower. Its location is convenient as it is closed to the SM mall and downtown and Grab transport is readily available (shorter wait times) compared to larger cities in the Philippines. Our room is facing the Mayon Volcano and it feels awesome waking up to its majestic view. Overall, we have decent stay and would come back if we will be in the area for vacation.

The room was very poorly designed and furnished. The bed was too short, not a normal length; there were no shelfs or drawers to put clothing into; the closet was so dark the safe was useless; the shower was difficult to use and caused a flood; and in general the room was unattractive and cold - very uninviting.

It is amazing hotel and the staff and breakfast were excellent. The shuttle service between the airport and the hotel was right on time and helped with all our luggage and needs. Only issues we had was the TV was grainy and not so many channels. Also the toilet is seperated from the shower, so its a little awkward for us. The gym equipment didnt work as well. They had two treadmills, one didnt work at all, and the other worked but stopped abruptly while was I walking.
