The property was very clean, pool very clean, rooms... Complimentary breakfast is very convenient and had different options every day. Only thing I can complain is they are under construction and there is no self parking available on property, they offer valet parking though, there is a $12 charge per day for that service.

Extremely friendly staff! Thank you for free water as we had a late check in. Appreciated the reasonably priced valet parking. Room held 5 senior women with ease and was very energy efficient. Breakfast delicious!

Clean room, but had to request cleaning. Construction was going on, so limited parking and loud noise.

Nice and clean room. Spacious enough room for kids to play. I have a toddler and he loves to move around. I’ve stayed at another one same brand and this one was way better but has become my preferred hotel. Thank you.

Nice, clean hotel and pool. Breakfast was okay, but nice to have. I didn’t like the coffee.

Clean, but the bathroom sink was plugged and drained very slowly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive to every request. The valet parking service was very convenient, available at all hours, and always quick to bring our vehicle when needed. The breakfast was excellent, clean, well-stocked, and offered everything we needed. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to many popular areas and attractions. Combined with reasonable pricing, this hotel offers great value. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

So the only reason why I am giving this hotel a 3…really a 3.5 is because of location, parking, and breakfast. There is currently a huge construction project right in front of the building. I’m not sure what is being built or how big it will be but if the building is tall it will obstruct the view. Also there are other buildings behind and next to the hotel that make the area very tight. Also because of location and construction they only have valet parking which I did not know about ahead of time and it is an additional $12/day! OR…you can park for FREE in the parking garage across the street which in all honesty is not convenient or safe because of the construction and really no sidewalks based on the garage location. However…until whatever is built the view from the front of the hotel is not bad. The flip side of location is that it is super close to so many places and things to do in Scottsdale/Tempe. Next…breakfast!…Which was trash! Don’t even waste your time just go to a nearby restaurant on nearby Mill or Scottsdale Rd. Other than those things all of the staff was super kind and welcoming and since the hotel is newer you can eat off the floors! The room itself that we got was a nice size and you won’t feel cramped or claustrophobic. So if your visit in Scottsdale is a lot longer is is definitely comfortable the only thing that is missing is a kitchenette.
