Solo stay

Cet hôtel, situé au 6eme étage, disposait d'un ascenseur.. .en panne. Aucune information au préalable pour me demander si dans ces conditions je maintenait ma réservation. Réponse incompréhensible lorsque sur place je constate la situation. Aucune proposition de logement alternatif. J'ai donc envoyé un mail et un sms indiquant que dans ces conditions, j'annulais ma réservation et demandais le remboursement du paiement déjà effectué. Aucune réponse 2 jours après. Hôtel à fuire!

My reservation was January 18-23, so I was supposed to leave the 24th. They convinced me to leave the 23rd, and so I checked out the 23rd.!!?! I shared the bathroom, the shower, and the sink... It's a hostel.. When I booked the hotel's rating was "Exceptional, or Wonderful!" It's not.. it's okay..
